(technical title change) Representative Eastman objected and withdrew the objection. There was further objection. **The presence of Representative C. Johnson, who was excused (page 2043), was noted. The question being: "Shall the House adopt HCS CSSB 45(2d L&C)?" The Speaker stated that, without objection, HCS CSSB 45(2d L&C) would be held in second reading to the April 5 calendar.
